WEBSITE REDESIGN

Keep what works.
Make the rest clearer.

A redesign starts by understanding the website you already have. I look at your content, mobile experience, and customer journey before deciding what needs a refresh and what deserves a more substantial change.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOU?

A useful starting point.
A scope that fits.

Established small businesses whose website no longer reflects their services, brand, or customer needs.

What I can help you plan

  • A review of your current website and main visitor tasks.
  • A content plan for pages to keep, update, merge, or add.
  • A refreshed visual direction using your brand assets.
  • Mobile navigation and enquiry-path improvements.
  • A URL and redirect plan when page addresses change.
  • A launch review of key pages, links, and contact actions.

Your package includes unlimited design revisions and a first homepage draft in 3–4 business days after the completed questionnaire and required materials are received. Final launch timing and platform fees are confirmed in your proposal.

Unlimited design revisions.

Request design revisions until you are happy with your website. I will keep working through your feedback as the design takes shape.

01

Define the problem before changing the design

An outdated look may be the visible problem, but missing service information, unclear navigation, or a difficult contact process can matter just as much. Your brief should describe the questions customers ask and the actions that currently feel difficult.

02

Preserve useful content and page addresses

A redesign should account for existing pages that visitors still use. When addresses change, a redirect plan helps people reach the relevant replacement. Where available, existing search and traffic reports help identify useful pages and priorities for the redesign.

03

Prioritise the mobile journey

Check what someone can do with one hand on a phone: read your offer, open the menu, find the right service, and send a message. That journey often gives a clearer starting point for the redesign than a desktop screenshot alone.

04

Measure the result against real actions

Useful measures include enquiry submissions, qualified leads, and the pages that bring visitors to your site. Baselines and tracking need to exist before changes can be assessed. A redesign can improve the experience; it does not guarantee a particular number of leads or a search ranking.

BEFORE WE START

A few useful
answers.

Does a redesign mean rebuilding everything?+

Not necessarily. The review can lead to a visual refresh, content improvements, or a larger rebuild. The proposal explains the recommended approach and the reasons for it.

Can a redesign affect search traffic?+

It can, particularly if content or page addresses change. The plan should preserve useful URLs where possible and identify redirects, metadata, and indexing checks for the launch.

What should I send for a redesign quote?+

Your current URL, the main problems you want to solve, your target audience, any analytics you can share safely, and your preferred launch date. Do not send passwords in the enquiry form.
